For anyone who's been having difficulties setting the proper resolution that fits for your screen, this is for you! Go to your Steam library, right click on C&C 3 : Tiberium Wars, click on properties and set launch options. In there just type in these '-xres 1920 -yres 1080' without the quotation marks. You can simply replace the '1920' & '1080' to your desired resolution.
If you have Tiberium Wars already installed, then that Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars folder should already exist. If you don't see it, and you have OneDrive installed, go to C:\Users\YourUsername\OneDrive\Documents\Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\Mods\60FPSAndNoSW\ instead Hope this helps
